PDF set of sealed permit drawings, all disciplines, sent to accesstx@airmail.net
AB Confirmation Page (Register on-line with TDLR) or forward a completed TDLR Project Registration Form – Rev 08/2023

for Accessible Texas to register
Proof of Submission Form – Rev 08/2023
Owner Agent Designation Form 08/2023 (if applicable)
Check payable to “Accessible Texas” for plan review fees or requested services*

*Pursuant to Chapter 68.50(c) of the TDLR AB Administrative Rules, TAS plan review fees are due at the time construction documents are submitted for review. Plan reviews will not be performed until all plan review fees have been received.
