Request an Inspection

Building owners are required to request an inspection of subject projects within 30 days of construction completion. The following four items are required:

Request for Inspection Form – Rev 08/2023 (must be signed by building owner or designated agent)
Owner Agent Designation Form Rev 08/2023 (if applicable)
Check payable to “Accessible Texas” for onsite inspection, if applicable
